Classy Drives is continuously innovating, most recently developing a new algorithm that can dynamically unlock millions of possible local meeting points and, in effect, turn every highway into a major transport line that can be joined at any point. It is also innovating beyond its core developing innovative insurance solutions for carpooling and exploring new ways to revolutionize mobility through a new app dedicated to short-distance carpooling.
About the Role
One of Classy Drives core ambitions is to build the largest people-powered travel network in the world. To achieve that goal, we set ourselves high and ambitious targets, bringing tech and data to the heart of a renewed product experience and company strategy. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will join our passionate 5 people team to help them build the Classy Drives iOS application that is revolutionizing the way people do and think their trips!
What you will contribute to
- Designing, architecting and developing features for the Classy Drives application
- Improving the quality of the application
- Conducting code reviews
- Being one of the cornerstones in managing the evolution of a sustainable and well-tested modular architecture
- Being partly responsible for the graphical uniformization of our app by bringing to life a design system spec made by a talented UX designers team
- Mentoring your team and maintain a high level of technicity by sharing your knowledge on a regular basis
- Enforcing best practices by ensuring they are well understood and applied.
What you will need
- 5+ years of professional experience;
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field
- Experience in machine learning, especially in data quality applications a plus
- Very strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Highly detailed oriented
- App Store release process and code signing knowledge;
- Good proficiency in Swift and the iOS mobile development;
- Experience writing unit and integration tests;
- Good knowledge of clean iOS architectures;
- Pixel-perfection oriented
- Out of the box thinking and mindset of constant knowledge sharing;
- A fun attitude.
