How to use the Tripick app

Step 1
A rider opens the app
The rider enters the pick up and drop off location into the “pick up” and “Drop Off” location box; reviews each ride options for vehicle, driver profile, rating, and price. Choose the desired option; then confirm the booking.

Step 2
The driver receives rider notification
A driver sees and chooses to accept/reject the rider’s ride request.

Step 3
The drivers pick up the rider
The driver and rider verify the destination with an OTP(one time password) code. Then the driver starts the ride.

Step 4
The driver takes the rider to the destination
The app gives the driver the option to access the google map.

Step 5
The driver and rider leaver feedbacks
At the end of the trip, drivers and riders can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Riders also have the option to give the driver compliments.
