We collect various types of information from and about our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this information in connection with our services. These services include allowing you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you and allow other users to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to provide, personalize, analyze, and improve our services. We also share certain information with third parties, details of which are described below.
Whenever you interact with our services, we automatically receive and record information from your browser or device.
The information may include your IP address, device identification, session identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our services, and the page or feature you requested. We also collect your geolocation to facilitate the carpool, as well as to confirm that carpools are taking place to support a safe community in line with our community guidelines.We also collect aggregated information regarding your activity on our platform (such as the number of rides offered and your message response rate). Such information may be published on your public profile on our platform.
We may obtain information about you from other third party sources in order to update or supplement the information that you provide or that we collect automatically. This includes information from your employer (directly or indirectly through its service providers), our service providers, and public databases or data aggregators that may include your demographic information. We may use this information to help us maintain the accuracy of the information we collect, improve and personalize your experience with the services, support your employer’s understanding of the value of Tripick, and other internal business analysis or business purposes.
A. Third-party services: If you choose to register for Tripick or otherwise link your Tripick account with a third party’s service (such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google ), we may receive the same type of information we collect from you (described above) directly from those services.
B. Background information on users: Tripick work with third-party partners to perform driving record and criminal background checks on users, and we receive information from them such as publicly available information about a driver’s driving record or criminal history.
We use the information we collect from users for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:
Providing our services (such as to connect riders with drivers and allow riders and drivers to communicate with one another);
A. Providing you with user support;
B. Analyze how the Tripick community uses these services for our research and the development and building of the Tripick community;
C. Communicate with you via email, push notifications, direct mail, or SMS/text, either directly or through one of our partners, including for informational, marketing, and promotional purposes;
D. Personalize the Tripick experience for you, your friends, and your contacts;
E. Facilitate services and programs with Affiliated Partners (defined below);
Calculate prices, facilitate payments, and maintain the security and safety of the Tripick community and services (such as through authenticating users, verifying that drivers meet eligibility requirements, encouraging safe driving behavior, finding and preventing fraud, and blocking and removing unsafe or fraudulent users from the services).
Classy Drives does not sell your personal information. To provide the services, we share your personal information with other users, third parties, and service providers. This section explains when and why we share your information.
Sharing Between Users
A. At Classy Drives, we want to provide you with a great commuting experience and introduce you to our community. To facilitate this experience, certain information is available to classy drives and other users on your profile, such as your first and last name, profile photo, and statistics about your usage. Additionally, after being matched with other classy drives users, we share more of your information with them, such as your location, pick-up and drop off addresses, your contact information and other preferences such as whether you allow pets or whether you smoke in your profile to facilitate a meaningful and easy commute between riders and drivers.
Sharing Between Classy Drives and Third-Parties

Third-party services: The services may allow you to connect with other websites, products, or services to enhance your experience, such as allowing you to connect to alternative transportation solutions for our guaranteed ride home program. If you use these services, we will provide the third party with information about you in order to allow them to provide the service to you. We can’t speak to the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before deciding whether to use their services.
C. When negotiating or undergoing a change of corporate control, such as a restructuring, merger, sale of our assets; if Classy Drives (or its assets) are acquired; or if Classy Drives goes out of business, enters bankruptcy, or undergoes some other change of control, your information may be one of the assets transferred or acquired by a third party.
D. If a government authority requests information and we think disclosure is required or is appropriate to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process.
E. With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or third parties if we think doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Classy Drives community, Classy Drives, or the public.
F. If you signed up for a promotion with another user’s referral or promotion code, we may share user information with your referrer to let them know about your redemption of or qualification for the promotion.
G. To provide information about the use of Classy Drives to potential business partners in an aggregated or de-identified form that can’t reasonably be used to identify you, and whenever you consent to the sharing.
A. A cookie is a piece of data stored locally on your computer, and which contains information about your activities on the internet. The information in a cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information which you submit to our site.
C. Once you close your browser, our access to the cookie terminates. You can accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. You can change your browser settings in your advanced preferences.
D. We have a “clear cookies notice” on the home page of the website. If you continue to use the site having seen the notice, we assume that you have consented for us to use the cookies described above.
E. If you choose not to accept the cookies, this will not affect your access to the majority of information available on the site. However, you will not be able to make full use of our online services.
A. We will take all reasonable steps following our legal obligations to update or correct personally identifiable information in our possession that you submit via this site.
B. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised per the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of some dollars to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. If you wish to see details of any personal information that we hold about you, please contact us by way of our contact page.
C. We take all appropriate steps to protect your personally identifiable information as you transmit your information from your computer to our site and to protect such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data and operate strict security standards to prevent any unauthorized access to it.
D. Where you use passwords, usernames, or other special access features on this site, you also have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to safeguard them.

A. As part of the services offered to you through the site, the information you provide to us may be transferred to, and stored at, countries outside of the United States of America (USA). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the USA or if one of our service providers is located in a country outside of the USA. We may also share information with other equivalent national bodies, which may be located in countries worldwide. The information provided by you may be transferred to a third party if it is necessary for the performance of any contract between us and the said third party or upon receipt of your consent to data transfer. If you use the site while you are outside the USA, your information may be transferred outside the USA to provide you with those services.
B. By submitting your personal information to us, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing of your information outside the USA in the manner described above.
A. Registration information: When you sign up for a Tripick account, you give us your personal information (first name, last name, phone number, and an email address or data that can uniquely identify with you). If you decide to sign up for Tripick using your Facebook, Twitter, or Google accounts, we will also obtain basic information from your provided profile(s), including name, gender, and profile photo.
B. Identity verification: We may require driver license information and your social security number from time to time, including your name, address (including passcode), and date of birth. If you are car owner, we can require information about your vehicle in order to register your vehicle with the site or to allow you to access other services provided by us.
C. Communications: If you contact us directly, we may require additional information about you. For example, when you contact our customer support team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and any other information that you choose to provide.
D. A record of any correspondence between you and us.
E. A record of any bookings you have made or advertisements you have placed with or through the sites.
F. Your replies to any surveys or questionnaires that we may use for research purposes;
G. Payment information: Details of accounting or financial transactions including transactions carried out through the site or otherwise. This may include information such as your credit card details, debit card or bank account details, and details of trips (as described in our conditions) which you have booked or offered through the site;
H. Details of your visits to the site and the resources that you access.
